Full basement finish with home theater, wet bar, full bath, and egress window installation.
About This Project
We transformed 1,200 square feet of underutilized concrete basement into the ultimate family entertainment zone. This project included cutting the foundation to install code-compliant egress windows, allowing for a legal 4th bedroom. The main area features a custom-built wet bar with beverage coolers, luxury vinyl plank flooring (100% waterproof), and a fully soundproofed home theater room. A new full bathroom completes the level.
